The question being: "Shall the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute be adopted?" Senator French offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 3 - Page 2, line 25: Delete all material 2003-05-18 Senate Journal Page 1554 Page 2, line 26: Replace "2" with "3" Page 3, line 27 - Page 4, line 20: Delete all material Senator French moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Ben Stevens objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
